Times to submit documentation

The documentation must be submitted at different times of the year depending on whether the program is evaluated in calendar years (for example 2020) or academic years (for example 2020/2021).

The officer responsible for each program being evaluated ensures that the documentation is submitted and creates a case for decision in the following committees.
