Group dynamics

During the training you will have the opportunity to work in different groups and thereby get to know how different people influence the group dynamics. With knowledge of basic group dynamic processes, you can, with your own actions, influence the direction of the groups and avoid conflicts or ineffective groups – that is, find an effective structure and organisation that will give a good result. Working in groups is very much about communication.

During a group meeting, it is important that you all agree on

• What is supposed to be done
• When is it supposed to be done
• Who is supposed do it
• The next time the group is to  meet
